Rebate Status and Tracking

• How can I track my rebates?

To track your rebate, simply log in to your account and navigate to the "Cash Back" section of your profile. There you will find the status information for your rebates. If there's nothing showing, that means we haven't received any confirmations from the merchant yet.

• How long does it take for my rebate to show up on my cash back profile after approval?

While this varies depending on the institution or merchant, our estimate is typically within 2 to 7 business days following each transaction but this can vary a lot.

• It's been 10 days and my transaction hasn't shown up on my cash back profile?

If it's been 10 days or more, please file a ticket so we can follow up with the institution or merchant to initiate a manual investigation.

Cash Back Payments

• How long does it take to receive my cash back payment(s)?

We do our best to process rebate payments as quickly as possible, typically between 5 - 10 days from when we receive the approval status from the institution or merchant.
